Service men were respectful and friendly

The price was in my opinion was very unfair. I’m a customer from three years ago when you installed a new system and a conductor. That should of been considered in pricing me now for an 8ft piece of duct tubing that took a half hour to install. $3000.00 is what you charged me where I feel it should of been half of the cost.

The technician Casey was very courteous and informative.

The technician Casey was very courteous and informative, However, I was not pleased with the company’s overall service this go round. I called a week prior to this visit inquiring about ball park estimate(s) for dryer vent cleaning and the male representative claim he was unable to provide a price range until a technician made a site visit. The price quoted at the time of the visit was too high in my opinion so I am exploring other companies in the surrounding area. I had to pay a service fee for the technician visit, which could have been avoided if I received the ball park estimate over the phone. As a long time customer who had paid thousands of dollars throughout the years, I deserve better.

Polite,but lacks customer service

Brian was polite over the phone, but could deff use better customer service skills. His skills show that he is not all for providing great customer service by going the extra mile for customers which is what all your technicians should be about. He never called 30 min prior as I was told a technician would do prior to arrival. He just showed up at the house!!! Since there was No one there at the time I asked him if he could wait 10 min as someone was on there way over there now. he than said he had to call dispatch and would contact me right back. When Brian contacted me back he said he could not wait 10 min because he has another appointment to go to?? I don’t understand how you guys don’t follow your own policy /protocol by contancting the customer 30 min prior which is a mistake on your end!!! which dispatch admitted! than he cannot wait 10 min for an appointment that was set up 2 weeks ago.?

Looking back at the detailed notes and listening to the telephone calls, Brian first apologized to you when you spoke, that you did not receive the 30 minutes call from dispatch prior to his arrival. He then was very professional and clear with asking you if you were having any issues or concerns with your AC unit, to which you replied no. We adjusted our schedule for you from the original time frame between 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm, to specifically 3:00 – 4:00 pm as the dispatcher informed you. This consideration is extremely difficult to do as our dispatch board is a living and breathing document that is constantly moving. For this reason, we typically never pinpoint a 1-hour window as we offered you. We left you a voice mail regarding this situation, looking forward to speaking with you. Again, we are truly sorry that you were not given the 30-minute courtesy call.

Prompt and Excellent Service

The rep/plumber Casey Mowry from Go Green Express Home Services did a great job replacing our shower valve. He was prompt professional and courteous. He seemed very knowledgeable and answered all of our our questions. He also provided us with financial options for possible on-going yearly servicing. The valve was replace, there is no more water leakage and we now have a new plumbing company thanks to Casey and fast professionalism and reasonable pricing of Go Green Express Home Services. I highly recommend this company and definitely Casey as a great plumber. Thanks Casey Mowry

Arrived at the job for a new Fujitsu installation. Turned off the power and disconnected all wiring to the unit. Next we removed all the copper, exhaust and other miscellaneous items. We brought the new furnace up to the attic and fitted it in place. We connected the ac coil cabinet. We re-routed and connected all electrical wiring including the low voltage. We reassembled all the copper lines, purged and checked for leaks. Installed the exhaust lines and taped the joints. We fired up the Heat pum unit and allowed it to run and cycle for a few minutes. Heat pump was running excellent. Job completed.

Recommended: Inducer motor replacement and also gas valve. Customer will call office when he makes a decision. System operation ok in this time. Customer is happy with the service.

Arrived to customers home for a plumbing water heater tune-up. When arriving customer informed that they bought the house recently and now have no hot water. Water heater looks to be 6-8 years old and most likely has never been drained. Would suggest not draining water heater because the scaling inside could clog and not be able to let water heater drain. Gave customer options on element replacement and hot water heater replacement which is very suggested. Customer satisfied with services today.

Arrived to customer's home. Felipe has a Fujitsu system but it only works with AC. So he wants to upgrade to a Heat Pump I explain the difference between Fujitsu and Mitsubishi. Customer told me that he was going to think and if it was decided to proceed with the option he was going to call the office.

Met with Alvin, listened to his complaints and proceeded to troubleshoot the heating system. Upon inspection, I concluded that the gas valve is at fault. I quoted the replacement cost to Alvin and he agreed to move forward with the repair. Will try to expedite the ordering of the gas valve.

I started cleaning the ignition, I talked to Navien Tech support and they helped me come to the conclusion the gas pressure that the unit is receiving is not the best, it is very low. Customer is going to call central Hudson.

Arrived to Hilton homewood suites for a call on 2nd floor water getting to hot. Rafael took us up to 2nd floor where we saw 3 commercial boilers and 3 180 gallon aosmith indirect water heaters. Told customer we can not work on commercial this big and would have to call a different company. FRABAR approved no trip charge and customer was satisfied for us coming out today.

Arrived to the customer house. Customer didn't have heat. The emergency switch was off. When I started to turn it on, the boiler started working normally but the boiler has electrical problem. Customer no approved the major diagnostic. Recommended: Triple money saving combo. Customer says he's going to think about it. Customer is happy with the service.

Met with Jose and proceeded to perform a PTU on a Peerless oil fired boiler. I replaced the oil tank filter along with the fuel pump strainer. Next, I opened up the combustion chamber and removed the gun assembly. I degreased, scrubbed clean and replaced the nozzle with a 85/80B. I reassembled the gun assembly, restored power and fired up the unit. I bled the oil lines and observed the boiler run, cycle and reach temperature. Boiler is showing signs of decay and a rough life. Repairs will be needed in the near future. Replacement would be recommended. Boiler is good for now.

Arrived at customers house for a plumbing service. Customer stated that she ran her hot water too long in the water got cold so she shut off the hot water heater and did not know how to turn it back on. Customer was worried that something went wrong with the water heater, which was not the case. Started water heater back up with pilot light and everything ran good as it should with no leaks or hiccups. Customer is very satisfied we came out as quickly as we can and With services provided today

Arrived to customers house to give options and services on to shower body replacement’s that were customer supplied. Master bathroom had a delta monitor series cartridge that was leaky and only needed the cartridge to be fixed. Hallway bathroom with bathtub had a tub spout diverter that had a warn out washer inside the spout. Only would need a new tub spout with diverter to be fixed. Gave customer option to replace both items listed and customer approved fixes. FRABAR approved discount on price because of ease of parts, ease of access, and quickness of job. Install new tub spout diverter and everything ran smooth and worked as should. Shower cartridge installed stopped shower drip and worked properly as it should. Customer was very happy and satisfied with services provided today.

I also replaced the original factory nozzle with a 85/80B. I reassembled the gun assembly, restored power, turned up the thermostat and bled the oil lines. I reset the barometric damper. The boiler fired, ran cycled and reached temperature accordingly. All is good, no issues to report at this time. John was happy with the service.

Met with Bill and proceeded to resolve his issue of the Navien Combi boiler cutting on and off erratically on occasions. After speaking with Bill to gather information. I decided to call Navien tech support to assist in diagnosing the unit. I found the transformers connections to the flame rod compromised and the flame sensor/igniter covered in rust and debris. I cleaned off the igniter/sensor and secured the connections. The unit is under warranty and Navien has agreed to send out the replacement parts. Parts will be overnighted to the office. Bill was very happy with the service. 11/30/22 Returned to replace the igniter along with a new transformer and wiring harness. Bill was very happy once again.
