I wish it only took one call

GoGreen knows how to tune up my generac generator, and we are grateful! But they don't stock the kit (filter etc) and always have to special order it, and it always takes more than 1 week to arrive, which has meant rescheduling the appointment. This year, despite my explaining this experience and earnest pleading to order the kit with plenty of time, the appointment was scheduled before the kit was ordered, and would have again occurred before it arrived. This took quite a few phone calls to sort out. I am hoping for smoother sailing next year.

Unreliable and lazy

After rescheduling our first appointment, the technicians were hours late to the second appointment. My husband had a zoom call but got the technicians ladders so they could access the wall unit. He told them - since they were very late he had to be on previously scheduled calls for work - but to please continue and work and he will check back in with them when he got off. Well he got off the call and they were already gone! So he called the main office and they said the technician never did any work because my husband had to do a zoom call! Even though my husband said please do the work. We’ve been waiting for two weeks for someone to come!

Arrived at customer house. Assessed the situation and determined a bad oil Burner control. I proceeded to replace the control and the unit does not turn on with the new Burner control. I told him that the Beckett Motor is damaged. He told me that he wants an Option to replace the Steam Boiler. I proceeded to give him the options and talk about the price, Customer told me that he is going to look for options from others companies. Customer is happy with the service.

Arrived to customers house to install a garbage disposal. Unhooked old garbage disposal and installed the same model, a badger v by insinkerator. Everything ran smooth, and no leaks. Customer was extremely satisfied with services provided today.

Greeted Gerald, and proceeded to perform a PTU on a Peerless oil fired steam boiler. I replaced the oil tank filter along with the oil pump strainer. I removed the gun assembly, degreased, scrubbed and cleaned. I replaced the nozzle with a 70/75A. Checked and inspected the electrodes, made adjustments. I reassembled the gun assembly, restored power, fired up the boiler, and bled the oil lines. I observed the boiler run, cycle and reach temperature. Customer is happy with service.

Arrived and proceeded to rip and tear out the old propane gas furnace. We supplied and installed a new ICP 96% efficiency gas furnace. We plumbed the gas line to accept the the new furnace. We Rewired the furnace controls. Reinstalled the power switch and out box to service the condensate pump. We plumbed and installed a new condensate pump, along with the fresh air intake and exhaust. We created transitional ductwork to Connect the furnace to the main trunk. We installed a propane conversion kit on the furnace, by adding a propane pressure regulator, rewiring the pressure switches and changing out the gas valve springs. We restored power to the furnace, purged the gas lines and lit the furnace. The furnace has gone through its lighting sequence but does not stay on. Proceeded to troubleshoot the issue. Suspect the home is out of propane. Will continue in the am. 12/14/22 Returned to continue working on resolving the issue with the furnace. Called Suburban propane to confirm delivery

Return: 83.0* F Supply: 108.1* F Observe out door unit, service coils, electrical compartment, motors, refrigerate lines. I found bacteria covering the Blower and the evaporator coil. Recommended: Fujitsu anual services IMPORTANT. The customer explained to me that he is going to sell the house, so he is not interested in doing

Customer wants a heat pump and 2 add-on supply registers to feed the 2 bathrooms. I went over both options with the customer and emailed them. Has to talk to her husband. Customer states that the answering service told her there would be no charge for estimate.

arrived to customers house for changing the setup between toilet and sink, also spoke to customer about estimates for changing baseboard loop around the house. Will have to Repipe stack including kitchen sink, dishwasher; bathroom, sink, tub, and toilet because of old copper lines and how everything’s Y’s out from the stack to a different drain. Baseboard re-loop does not seem to difficult but would like a different opinion from Miguel, and or Hakeem. Did not give any finished estimates to customer because of needing to talk with another technician about pricing on certain material needed. Customer is having house gutted on aug 2nd, 2022. Would like to go back out to customers house for a 2nd estimate after everything is gutted

Arrived to customers house to change over bathroom sink drain piping from galvanized to PVC. Customer approved to move forward with service. Cut out a three foot section of piping in basement ceiling where I located clog. Changed out piping. I reconnected PVC joint into the functional galvanized with Fernco couplings. Everything is working as should with no leaks or clogs. Cleared out rest of pipe connecting to main stack. Cleaned up rubbish. Discussed with customer estimates and options. Customer approved to move forward with estimate. Customer is satisfied with the service today.

HVAC Service: condenser acid wash. Met with David to confirm work orders. Removed the disconnect switch to the unit, along with the condenser sheathing. Cleared off all debris and sprayed the unit with the condenser acid wash. Allowed to penetrate and clean the coils. Hosed off the unit with water. Reassembled the sheathing to the condenser. Reconnected the disconnect switch and observed the unit cycle. Spoke with Robert regarding leveling the heat pump condenser. It’s at an incline. Discussed with customer and issued estimates / recommendation. Follow up appointment necessary. However, completed today's service. Plumbing service: Snaked bathroom sink drain to clear clog in line. Tried to unclog Bathroom sink, but seems that the galvanized waist line is all scaled and won’t budge. Sink is still clogged because of scale in line. Customer would like to follow through with replacing the waist line from the stack to bathroom traps. Will have to go back to replace the pipe. Addition
