Greeted Mildred at the door, who quickly took us downstairs to the basement. We replaced the oil tank filter and pump strainer. Opened up the combustion chamber and removed the gun assembly. Replaced the nozzle with a new 50/60w. Reassembled the unit. Turned the power back on and fired up the furnace. Allowed the unit to cycle and reach temperature. Checked the exhaust for proper ventilation. The unit is running and operating as it should.
Came to customers house for a plumbing tune up. All equipment existing is correct and up to date. Customer states no problem with any of her equipment. Flappers look like they can be degrading from hard water so letting customer know of different estimate options in case of wanting new toilet. Rebuild toilet. Or just her flapper
Arrived to perform AC tuneup Customer states (no concerns) Set stat to call for cooling Observed indoor unit, took temperature readings, serviced evaporator, capacitor, electrical connections and duct work. Observed outdoor unit, serviced coils, motors, electrical compartment, disconnect and refrigerant lines. AC operating ok at this time
