Arrived to organization. Manager approved to move forward with service and diagnostic. Inspected main house room. Found a dirty filter. Took temperature readings and the air was 66 degrees. At managers request, inspected pool house as well. Reset the circuit breakers. Outside condenser needs to be acid washed. Reset the circuit breakers. Gave recommendations to manager that unit should be replaced. Reviewed and issued estimates. Follow up needed. Disconnected switch. Unit is giving off electrical shock. Discussed this with manager. Found mouse nest in the condenser electrical junction box. Pool unit in need of a deep acid wash. Running poorly- motor straining to work and perform. As of now both units are working properly. However, highly recommended to manager that pool house unit needs to be replaced. Follow up needed concerning unit and estimates issued. Three hours of labor for emergency same day weekend service.
