7/20/22 Arrived to customer's home. Customer approved to move forward with service. We proceeded to disconnected the boiler including components. Removed the circulators, air eliminators and removed all items. New boiler received was oversized. Boiler was successfully returned and correct boiler was delivered to shop. Transported new boiler to customer's home and into position. Began conducting a plumbing survey. Cleaned up area. Will need to return tomorrow 7/21/22 to complete the installation and potential combustion analysis. Customer was satisfied with today's service. 7 7/21/22 Began the process of roughing in the new boiler. Installed all of the following items, the circulator, service valves, air scoop, air vents, expansion tank, boiler drain, water feeder with back flow preventer and drain line, pressure relief valve, roughed over to the indirect water heater, re- roughed the zone valves distribution manifold, re-roughed the gas line. Boiler assessment. Assess boiler repairs vs. replacement. Performed a major diagnostic service. Upon discussing the options, the Customer agreed to have the boiler replaced 7/17/22. ** customer opted to replace the boiler. Frank offered to deduct today’s diagnostic fee of $1567. 58 on final bill.
Came to 18 Sunrise Dr. in Stony point for a plumbing service call of no hot water. Boiler is not working and the hot water heater is an indirect. One of the zone valves are getting warm on the motor. Will need Mike to come to a diagnosis to see what is wrong so we can get hot water
