Casey was very friendly and polite. Explained his estimate and my options thoroughly. He took the time to answer any questions. At no time did I feel pressured to make an immediate decision and he wanted me to understand that. Lirim (?) was also very helpful.

Arrived at customers house for a call about a possible backed up/clogged/frozen mainline. After sticking a camera snake down both sides of house trap going up to main toilet and down to septic tank, no clogs leaks or splits were found. Open septic tank lid and saw that toilet in apartment above garage flushed straight into septic tank without hesitation. Also shut off main valve in house to garage for the customer since they are no longer using this domain. Customer is very satisfied with services provided today.

Arrived met with Anthony & Mimi, proceeded to troubleshoot the no heat issue. The furnace and oil tank is brand new installed by us and the system was recently serviced by yours truly. I went over to the fuel tank and it was bone empty. Anthony got a little bit of diesel and I fired up the boiler for them. No issues to report. The boiler was out of oil.

Arrived to customers house for a plumbing service on a leaking well tank. Tank is rotting out from bottom and iron in the water is destroying the tank. No supply house local had the right well storage tank in stock. Well tank is a epoxy line AW-85, will have to order new tank. In meantime, cut tank out of circuit and informed customer to use water solomly. Ordering tank within week and keeping customer in touch. Customer was very satisfied with services provided.

Boiler PTU service: Met with Curtis, whom showed me to the oil fired boiler in the basement. Tested and shut off the firematic valve to the oil tank canister. Replaced the canister filter. Opened up the fuel pump to inspect and replace the pump strainer. No replacement needed as it was immaculate. Opened up the burner and removed the gun assembly. Checked and inspected the nozzle and electrodes settings. All are dialed in to factory specs. Inspected the cad cell and igniter both are in excellent condition. Reassembled and closed up the burner assembly. Reconnected the oil line. Started up the boiler, bled the oil line and checked for leaks. Observed the unit run for a cycle and all is good. Customer has had the boiler and oil tank replaced last year, they are all in excellent shape. No issues at this time. Reviewed estimates with Customer. Customer not interested at this time. Plumbing PTU: Tried to perform the plumbing PTU inspection service, and Curtis said that he was pressed for t

Customer stated that the cooling is still insufficient. We evacuated the r-410a from the system and leak tested with nitrogen before doing a full nitrogen sweep. We added the factory charge of 11lbs. 12 oz. And ran the unit. We adjusted the charge to 8 degrees of sub cooling. The supply registers are blowing 50 degree air. Do use Ted with pics. The customer was not available to sign.

Customer complains of poor cooling. The unit is cooling as it should. The airflow is light. Removed the merv 13 4” media filters. Installed one 20x25 x1 filter that was on hand. Mike is heading to the shop to get another filter to replace the other media filter. Mike diagnosed the defective shower valve. Needs replacement. Also recommended a 3/4” domestic line upgrade Nobody here to collect signatures.

HAKRAS & MIGCOL Arrived to swap out condenser (warranty) no charge, performed evacuation, confirmed no leaks, pulled vacuum, installed electrical, set stat call for cooling, observed operation, confirmed proper system operation, ac operating ok at this time. Customer explains hot water is not reaching the other side of building 60-80 feet, took notes, review with management with possible options to improve hot water supply. 8/1/22 HAKRASand LUICAR arrived to pinpoint the best solution to the low cooling issue. The evaporator coil was sufficient. We, evacuated refrigerant from the system and installed a 5 ton Thermal expansion valve to the existing evaporator coil. We then charged the system to 6 degrees sub cooling. Unit is running nominally with a 40 degree coil. The customer was not available to sign.
