Yearly maintenance on Goodman air conditioner and Lennox electric furnace. Cleaned condensing coil, combed AC fins and checked pressure. System is working properly
Performed air conditioner clean and check on existing unit. To tune-up, I had to extensively clean the coil and surrounding areas. Checked freon levels, capacitor rating, amp draw on all major components, and cleaned the condensate drain line.
