Adjust the tank to 30 and adjusted psi and water flow. Checked heat strips. Unit is operating properly at this time.
Customer reports system not keeping up completely in morning hours. Examined system, checked water loop pressures, found pressure difference too low. Adjusted wage flow to bring differential up to 2.5 psi difference. System operating fine at this time.
Performed a no heat call on geothermal’s. I checked 410A pressures on both units and they are in the correct range. I checked water pressure readings. On both units the water in was .4 on the gauge and water out was 1.5 on gauge. The unit needs a water station. Nick is going to put together a price. Also need to add trip charge and diagnostic to repair cost.
Preformed silver winter maintenance on a Bosch geothermal split heat pump HVAC unit, unit functioning properly at this time.
Responded to Bosch geothermal heat pump HVAC unit leaking water, when I arrived the customer stated the unit wasn’t working. Found unit with clogged drain line and water sensor was turning the unit off cleared the drain line and added pan tabs. Unit is functioning properly at this time
