Upon arrival checked HVAC system and performed a Gold maintenance. Cleaned coils on outdoor condenser and found that the bearing in the condenser fan motor are losing oil and compressor is starting at 102.8A. Suggest replacing condenser fan motor and added a start assist device to the compressor. Also upon inspection found that the unit has a leaking evaporator coil and a bad condensate pump underneath. Customer would like repair vs replace options and will call and schedule an appointment to come to the office to go over the options.
