All was good staff friendly the only negative was staff was about to install a 4inch intake and my husband said "not there it is right in a walk way" installers called Mike who agreed to the switch, put the one that sticks out against a non traffic area, but the installer said "Mike said this is the last concession". The customer is the one who has to live with the holes in the floor/wall after you leave and should always have the say of which one goes where. There was a large floor inlet used in the sun room and the installers stated they were putting the same in a bed room, I called Mike and told him I wanted the intake on the wall not floor, when I came home what I wanted was what was installed, had I been there when the one in the floor was installed I would have asked for it to be on the wall. Always do what you can to make the customer happy.
