The technican was very nice. However, the cleaning literally ONLY included spraying the furnace with an air spray. Before he did the “cleaning” he informed me that I also needed a repair. When I started to question the extra service and fees he Miraculously found that it wasn’t the mora expensive issue and said he fixed the problem with the cleaning. When I received the bill he charged $80 for the “cleaning” (just spraying the furnace) and over $159 for the “diagnostic”. The then tried to sell me different cleaning plans and services. This was a scheme. They aren’t honest and I believe they are only interested I. Making money. Not even a week later- The biggest surprise is not in having issues with my furnace staying on and when I contacted them, they informed me that it would be multiple new charges to come out and do another diagnostic and the cost of whatever needs to be fixed. Total rip off!
