The one thing that I am was not happy with today was my window for service was 8:30 - 12:30. I usually receive a call if the service man is running behind schedule. That did not happen today, I had to call. The dispatcher stated he was running behind schedule and she would have him call. Which he did. Service was great as usual, extremely courteous and I was very happy with the appreciation shown to my home. Shoes covers, nothing ever placed on my white carpet or hardwood floors. Attention to detail with my maintenance call was great.
