The young gentleman who came to my house to check my furnace was extremely pleasant, explained what he was going to check for, discovered an issue with a piece of pipe that connected to another pipe and fixed everything in a timely manner. He also inspected the thermostat and explained that it had batteries which were due to expire, luckily I had the batteries on hand and all is well with my system. I am very happy with the service call and the price was much lower than I expected!
