Grassers treats their customers well. I had a new fridge delivered and 2 days later had trouble with it leaking. Repairs were done promptly and when that didn't fix the problem I called Heather and she helped me find another brand of fridge that would fit our space. Our new fridge is now working well! We have gotten other appliances from Grassers and Would highly recommend Grassers.

Called on Friday and they scheduled me a Monday appointment, which I thought was quick. Matt came and was very polite and thorough. He even leveled my uneven washing machine while he was here working on my Viking Range. Not every company out there can service our Viking.
