He also coached me on another refrigeration system in the home. He definitely had the teacher attitude and was a fun guy to talk with!

The service exceeded my expectations—found a small gas leak (yikes) & addressed it, replaced the starter (part was free) and Jim graciously shared is knowledge to help me maintain the fireplaces for the future.
