Jim came out to tune up our 2 gas fireplaces yesterday. The service exceeded my expectations—found a small gas leak (yikes) & addressed it, replaced the starter (part was free) and Jim graciously shared is knowledge to help me maintain the fireplaces for the future. My AC unit stopped working on a Friday morning. Jim was able to come out within a couple of hours that afternoon. He was very knowledgeable and knew right away what the problem was.
