Took toilet off in spare bathroom and unclogged the line feeding into the main sewer line. Reminded customer there will be a charge next time we have to do a drain cleaning. Told customer they have no air in the toilet and their vent from the roof is clogged. Also told customer do not use toilet until vent is cleared. Customer is aware of charge and service call next time.
