Travis is my regular technician and he is very skilled in the work he does. He can answer most any question you throw at him. Groggs has been doing my service for at least 5 years now. They are very prompt in emergency requests. The phone people are very professional and courteous. I just had a mini split put in my den that had no regular heating or cooling. The unit is exceptionally quite and so far has been cooling and now heating just fine. It will be interesting in seeing how it handles really cold days. So far it has done great to 16 degrees outside. Again it is great to work with a company who still tries to be very much customer oriented.
