Travis has been my tech for a couple of years now. He is very knowledgeable in many phases of heating an ac. He is very good at running the pm check on my units and is really quite good at explaining what he is doing and showing how he tests parts to determine if they need replacing. I had to replace the blower fan capacitor on this visit and he was able to show me the values that indicated that the capacitor was nearing its end . I worked for a heating and ac company in Richmond Va many years ago and I know some about the systems. Travis can answer any questions that his customers have and explain things so that they understand if work needs to be done on their unit. We had a very good conversation about geo thermal systems in our area. I hope you dont loose Travis, he is a great tech. Also I would like to commend the wonderful people you have manning the phones.
