Service Call Platinum Client customer complaint was unit possibly not kicking into second stage did verify low stage Cooling and high stage cooling both working properly low stage Cooling compressor ampdraw was @6.22 high stage compressor amp draw 6.06 verified blower (ecm) ramping up and down in conjunction with high or low stage Cooling. pressures in high stage were 116/244 @ 67 ambient temp split was approximately 22 degrees (return temp 68) did not find anything wrong with equipment. note for high stage Cooling thermostat needs to be in a 3plus degree split to call for high stage. did however find condenser unit to be dirty did clean unit with solution aswell also did find dead capacitor on herm side tested 22 of 40 did replace capacitor. unit is running meeting all manufacturing and safety requirements at this time checked evap coil as well and was very clean.
