I was given a technician that did not have a great knowledge of the job i asked him to do. I wanted a full check on my heating and A/C, because the equipment has not been used for over a year. He did not know to purge the gas to light the furnace. Then he services the a/c and says you must have a leak. A/C was not used for a year. I thought I was paying for a complete check of the system. But, now I am left with, "You must have a leak". Do I or don't I! I payed for him to tell me! Sad thing is these people won a bid to replace my Heating and A/C in another building. Am I going to have the same gut wrenching questions? It Cost $218 for them to tell me, "you must have a leak" and "you are not getting fuel to your furnace." Frustrated. The cost of the coolant service was fair!
