The toilets have cracks in the tanks and are recommended to be replaced, the drain lines from the tub/shower has a leak in the drain line under the tub, the sprayer on the kitchen faucet is cracked, the vanity has a leak in the drain line close to the toilet line, recommended to replace the toilet drain line from the toilet close to the main trunk before it drops down the wall and the ceiling with the plaster will have to be removed underneath the bathroom to be able to replace the bad drain lines. Additional may be required if more plumbing is needed.
