The technician was great and his knowledge, experience and service were much appreciated. The only issue I had was that when I scheduled my appointment I was given a time of between 8am-12 and I requested that I receive a call prior to notify me when technician was on his way. I have 3 inside dogs and wanted to secure them to ensure safety of technician and a noise free environment to talk with him when he arrived. He arrived at 8 am and was not aware of this request I had made and asked if I had received a text message and I told him I received neither. He offered to reschedule if it wasn’t a good time for me but I quickly got my dogs out of the house and out into my garage so he could complete his service. That is the only complaint I had and I would definitely use Groggs again for service, just would appreciate the phone call or text prior to technician arriving.
