We woke up Saturday morning to NO HEAT. I called my regular service folks, no answer. I called Horizon and the best they could do was the next day. I found Cool Heat USA online and I am thankful I did! Within minutes I had an apt for that morning and a few hours later I had heat again. The technician was one of the most pleasant, professional and knowledgeable workers I've ever had in my home. I will never use anyone else again. Cool Heat USA to the rescue!

I had a very good experience with Cool Heat USA. I lost my heat in the middle of the winter and they really came to the rescue. They were polite, honest and very prompt. I got a great price without the hassle. The team was at my house 10 hours later with my equipment and installed it within a day. The job was of high quality, and they treated my home with respect.
