We have been a Halltec customer for several. We have a yearly service contract with them now. Our air conditioner broke down during July 4th weekend several years ago. They were the only company that would come out and we called many. When we called they out came out quickly, fixed the problem, and did not charged a holiday and/or weekend high service charge. Allen came out this time. He was on a time and friendly. He found a problem and explained to us what it was. He did not have the parts but ordered them. It only took a few days to get the parts and when they arrived Allen came out and and quickly repaired our heat. He made sure that we were not without heat during the time that the parts were ordered & came in. He's a very knowledgeable & nice young man. Jamie, in the office was very helpful in scheduling our appointments and with payment sources.

I’ve always been impressed with the professionalism and dependability of Halltec. Their technicians know their stuff and don’t cut corners. The admin staff is always super helpful and nice as well. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a HVAC vendor.
