The technician was focused and efficient in troubleshooting the problem. He got quickly to the matter. He seemed humble and tolerant of my ignorance, and trustworthy to not take advantage of that. The tech is the same person that did the previous install. He is awesome at his job and customer service. The only complaint I have is never showing up at the time they were scheduled to be there. I realize this is not the techs fault and some jobs just take longer than expected. It's just frustrating when there's always an excuse from the office; and to be frank, my time is very important and my production crashes with all the excuses. Other than that, all is well.
