The tech is the same person that did the previous install. He is awesome at his job and customer service. The only complaint I have is never showing up at the time they were scheduled to be there. I realize this is not the techs fault and some jobs just take longer than expected. It's just frustrating when there's always an excuse from the office; and to be frank, my time is very important and my production crashes with all the excuses. Other than that, all is well.
