We have had other maintenance checks from other companies before but none that have been so detailed. Our technician cleaned all the vents in our house as well as doing the usual changing of filters etc. He then told me things we could do to keep our bills down and I really appreciated it.

Always show up when they say and are able to diagnose/correct problems quickly. I especially like they are not a one-service company but can take care of plumbing, electrical, heating/ac, etc.

Thomas is a very personable plumber. I thought I had a worn out pressure reduction valve adjacent to the water cut-off spigot for my home. Water kept running through the house. And water for me in PTC runs $.03 a gallon!!!!. He advised that it sounded like a leak and began checking outdoor faucets. Lo and behold!!!! I had left the backyard faucet on. Yes, I felt like an idiot. But, Thomas checks the pressure and advises it is right on target. As he was performing his job, he never once made me feel stupid. He just went about his job with a happy attitude--as if he was glad to be of service. I just love this man and appreciate the peace of mind he gave me.
