installed a 3.5 ton Goodman Ac unit with a 4 ton evaporator coil.
Installed homeowner supplied toilet using homeowner supplied wax ring and supply line.
Installed new icon gas control valve, new pilot assembly, and installed new expansion tank.
Upon diagnosis kitchen sink was backing up, no access to drain, cut drain and snaked drain line, inserted fernco for future access.
Installed new inducer motor south connections.
Performed maintenance found the coil fins were damaged and needed to be repaired, straightened the coils and used chemical cleaner to take out excess dirt that was stuck from previous homeowners pets that had soiled the bottom of condenser. Checked all components and refrigerant levels everything checked out in good working order.
Installed new 3/4 pressure regulator, removed old unit installed new 40 gallon natural gas heater with full code upgrades.
