Maintenance service for our water heater was excellent. Service technician was polite, informative He explained to us what he was doing and checked our water heater thoroughly. When he was done he explained how often it would be checked Made sure all the facets were running water effectively and the pilot light was on. Within 2 hours the water was heated for use
