We just moved into a new house that we are renting a week ago. One of the many problems we encountered upon moving in was a broken A.C. unit. Kevin was very sympathetic and knowledgeable about the situation and got things moving to help us get the issue resolved through the rental property. He also set us up with someone to get a huge plumbing issue acknowledged, which we have been dealing with for days, before leaving.

Kevin was personable and took the time to explain what he was doing. We ended up having a minor issue that cost nothing to fix, but took time to discover. Kevin continued to rule out more expensive fixes one-by-one, rather than suggest a more common (and more expensive) fix, which would not have solved our problem.
