We checked the Payne 4 ton A/C unit and found a bad 60/5 MFD Run Capacitor. We replaced the capacitor and the unit was back to working properly.
HVAC Service Call/ Removed and replaced 45x5 MFD Capacitor

Heating and Cooling installation/ ran a new 8" flexible duct from another system to a large office area, relocated the thermostat and installed butterfly dampers
HVAC service call/ pump down 2 units. We disconnected copper lines (4), moved them above a beam and then reconnected them. We also added 5lbs of freon
