They got to us really quickly. Did a great job and were reasonably priced. The only thing they didn't do was check my A/C filter to make sure it didn't need replacing. It did and after I changed it the house got considerably cooler. But I was happy at their response time and how quickly they fixed the problem. Just a small oversight as far as the filter.

15 seer Rheem heat pump and air handler change out
Checked the heat unit and had 5KW, but needed 10KW. We ordered the parts and installed heat strips.
Checked ice machine and found dirty condenser thermostat, cleaned off and checked rest of operation. Working in correct order.
3 ton heat pump Rheem complete system change out.
Checked A/C unit and found dirty filters. Installed 20X25X1 pleated filters, also added 1/2 LB of R-22 Freon.
Maintenance. Rewired Tstat wire at the condenser. Checked Cap for compressor: BQuf tested and got 78.7 Checked the Cap for the fan and got 5uf tested 3.1 Replaced both Caps. Found unit low on R22 freon so we went ahead and placed more freon in the unit.
New house install Rheem 15 seer heat pump 4 ton
We cleaned out drain assembly, treated it with Pan Tabs, and also checked the freon levels.
We found and replaced a bad TXV as well as added 1.5 lbs of R22.
We moved the unit to horizontal and added duct supply and RTN. We also added low voltage, high voltage, a filter rack, extended drain, and a new supply of Plenum.
We installed a 5TON system and 2TON gas system.
