Hendrix Air comes out immediately...No REALLY!!! Needed service twice in last 6 months and they were there for us...oh yeah..prices very fair! The technicians were upbeat and positive, respectful of our home and so knowledgeable, and we were their last service call of the day at 7pm and they had Smiles on their faces (did we mention we received same-day-service both times?!!??) Who doesn't hate spending money on HVAC Repairs...duh!!?? But if you have to "Go There", please call these folks because they are timely, fair in price, and know what they are doing - Office & Administrative Staff on the phone were so wonderful and nice and we could tell that they cared about our HVAC Issues!
