Office and service techs were very professional and courteous. But that was the extent of my positive experience. Took two weeks and three different visits (by 3 different techs) to replace (in 10 minutes) a rather inexpensive part. Was charged 564 dollars which I mistakenly paid prior to service being completed. When I requested an itemized bill I was told they charge flat rates but that she would ask the boss about providing an itemized breakdown. Never heard anything further. Should you call them be sure to get a breakdown of the charges before allowing them to proceed.
