Zach did a great job. Very professional and personable. Was surprised that my 20 year old furnace and AC unit were rated "poor condition due to age" No parts were needed for the furnace, just cleaning. AC needed a run capacitor. Neither unit has very many cycles of use so age wise yes they are old but like a 20 year old car with only 20K miles it's probably not time to toss it in the landfill yet....Thanks, Ren

Thank you Ren for the review and comments concerning Zach's invoice. Part of what our technicians do is to let our customers know well in advance, whenever possible, that they should start planning for replacement if their equipment is close to the end of it's lifespan. I'm going to look into the records of this call and any others we've done on your system and see if in fact there are other factors that led Zach to share what he did with you. If I do find anything, I'll be sure to reach out. As was probably obvious by your experience with Zach, our technicians don't try to "sell" you on replacement but rather help you proactively prepare.
