I completed diagnostics and found the system low on R-22 and that is has a leak. I discuss the options with the customer repair/ replace. The client wants to refill the system. I advised him we will not warranty due t refund refrigerant charge if it leaks out. The system is operating upon departure.

I completed the diagnostics and found a noise possibly coming from the compressor, pulling around 20A/25A. Fan motor at 1.24/1.6A, capacitor reading within specs. I gave the customer their options by being proactive and replace the system before it fails or repair. The client will wait.
I completed the CallBack and found System cooling perfectly. the system just couldn’t keep up with the upstairs. I had to latch system, 5th stage at 80F. I advised client to keep the fan on at all times. Lower the temp around bed time to help cool the upstairs. the filter needs replaced #213. The system is operational upon departure.
I completed AC Spring Tune-Up and Safety Check on 2014 AC unit. I checked the Job Spec Checklist and everything is working properly. System operational upon completion.
Scheduled maintenance cooling tune up on a Carrier air conditioner completed. I visually inspected the furnace. Checked voltage and amps. I inspected the evaporator coil. I checked the temperature difference across the coil. Checked refrigerant charge, voltages and amps. I rinsed the condenser coils with water. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time.
I completed a diagnostic service call on a Goodman air conditioner. Determined that the Motor surge capacitor needed to be replaced as well as the coils needing cleaning. Replaced the capacitor, client declined other repairs.
