Excellent AC Tune Up

Hilliard-Dublin Heating & Air provided a very quick appointment as I scheduled my AC tune up. Matt, the tech was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. I appreciated that the service cost was very reasonable (There was a "special" going on at the time I booked my service.) The tech called me about 30 minutes before his arrival to alert me to the time he would arrive. He donned booties so that his shoes would not soil my carpeting. He not only checked and serviced my AC very thoroughly but he also replaced my air cleaner filter with one he had on the truck. I immediately received an invoice via e mail and it listed all the items he checked and the results of his service check. I recommend this company very highly and also scheduled another service call for a second property I own.

Fantastic response on a Saturday; Professional & Knowledgable Service

I called on a Saturday morning with an A/C not working in July. By 1:15 pm it was fixed and cooling the house. I couldn't ask for a quicker response but also i was impressed by the professionalism of the technician and staff at Hilliard-Dublin Heating & Air. I highly recommend them.

I completed diagnostic services and found the system has 2 issues, it is low on R22 and has a bit of a restriction. The system is leaking R22. I discussed the options with the customer repair / replacement. I advised the client that filling the system has zero warranty, it will just leak out. Filling it will not guarantee cooling due to the restriction. I will follow up with the customer. Will follow up

I performed diagnostics and found the unit low on refrigerant and that the system has a leak. the unit has a universal ADP evap coil. The coil possibly leaking, I will have to do a leak search to be 100%. I gave the customer their options. the refill/band aid won't last long. Find and fix leak. Replace ac, furnace is 5years old. Not the original owner. Client wants to replace the ac at this time.
