Found Carrier AC low on refrigerant during tuneup. Customer declined adding refrigerant at this time.
Installed New blower motor. Heat and cooling came back on. Might have a bad TXV. Returning to re-diagnose system.
Diagnostic Service Call on 7 year old Bryant unit. Blower motor does not come on. Cabinet is rusty and is damaged from water Drain line is clogged and slopped incorrectly, causing pan to overfill and leak onto motor Hooked up motor from truck and it started. Ordered blower motor and will schedule as soon as possible
Maintenance has changed the coil already, but still leaking 410A. Advised maintenance that management would need to approve the leak test. Leak can also possibly be in the ground where the line set runs. Have to test the new coil and condenser.
