I completed the diagnostic service and found that the fan speed set to high for 1st stage. Set it around 600CFM the humming has stopped. The system is operational upon departure.
Upon arrival I replaced the furnace blower motor, cycled system and confirm that system is operating properly in both heating and cooling, delta T in cooling is at a 16° drop and is cooling upon departure

I performed diagnostic on Lennox Air Conditioning Unit. I determined that the thermostat was not properly wired and system was low on charge. I wired the thermostat correctly and the system became fully operational. Upon customers request I filled the R-410A refrigerant to the proper levels. I cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally and cooling at time of my departure.
I completed diagnostics and found that a mouse was living inside the outdoor unit. It caused some damage to the wiring. With clients approval the wiring was fixed and system is currently cooling.

I completed diagnostics and found that the client wired in a eco bee but it’s wired incorrectly at the furnace. With clients approval rewired system and had to add wiring for the ac. After wiring the system the ac was on but delta T is at 12F. The system has a leak, I gave the client the options of refill, find and fix leak or replace ac or whole system. Client will call us when they are ready System will not keep up and will freeze if ran for a long time.
I completed diagnostics and found a short somewhere in the wall is causing the circuit board to arc. I removed the thermostat wiring from circuit board and it works perfectly. Once the R wire is connected even though the thermostat is removed it will arc. it will be best to run new wiring and relocate the old thermostat. the old wiring isn’t accessible, I I will need a new transformer and circuit board under warranty. I ordered the parts.

I replaced the saddle valve with a shark bite fitting. Had to redo the cpvc connections and I cracked pipe when cutting it for the shark bite. I installed a new pad and gave the client an extra pad for the trouble. System operational upon departure.
