I completed diagnostics and found system pressures are 50/204 SH47/30, the system has a leak, the homeowner wants to add refrigerant for now. Added 1 lbs of R-22, system pressures are 74/280 SH 26/26, compressor 13/15A, fan 1.2/1.4A, capacitor 34.5/4.8 rated for 35/5, temp drop is 18, system is cooling.
