After removing the Rheem gas furnace and air conditioner, I installed a Carrier 96% Two-Stage 100,000 BTU Gas Furnace and a Carrier 16 SEER 4 Ton Air Conditioner. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time. Included with the installation is a free 1 year service maintenance agreement.

I completed the diagnostics and found the filter 100% blocked, The customer does not have one but he will go get one soon. The condenser coil 100% blocked. I cleaned it with water and informed the customer how important airflow is. There is no current issue after clearing airflow I “assume” system either froze or the condenser high pressure switch opened to prevent further issues I suggested regular maintenance. I also suggested to prepare to replace the furnace

I completed diagnostics and found the system completely empty on 410A. I explained to the customer their options of replace / repair. I also explained refill/easy seal with no warranty. I located leak and fixed it. The client doesn’t wanna move forward with anything at this time.

I completed the diagnostics and found that the outdoor unit isn't making a noise at this time. The compressor sounds like it has a hard time on start up and the fan motor bearings are going out. I explained the options of replace / repair. the client isn't ready to move forward with options at this time.

I completed AC Spring Tune-Up and Safety Check on 2011 York. We need to perform leak search to determine location of leak and if it is repairable or not.

I completed diagnostic on 2009 Carrier AC unit. Upon inspection I determined the the system has a leak either in the outdoor unit or the evaporation coil. I explained the situation to the husband on wife and they decided to only fill the system and not repair anything. The client declined the repair.

I completed the spring tune up on an air conditioner. I visually inspected the furnace. Checked voltage and amps. I inspected the evaporator coil. I checked the temperature difference across the coil. Checked refrigerant charge, voltages and amps. I rinsed the condenser coils with water. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time.
