After removing the Rheem gas furnace and air conditioner, I installed a Carrier 96% Two-Stage 100,000 BTU Gas Furnace and a Carrier 16 SEER 4 Ton Air Conditioner. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time. Included with the installation is a free 1 year service maintenance agreement.
I completed the diagnostics and found the filter 100% blocked, The customer does not have one but he will go get one soon. The condenser coil 100% blocked. I cleaned it with water and informed the customer how important airflow is. There is no current issue after clearing airflow I “assume” system either froze or the condenser high pressure switch opened to prevent further issues I suggested regular maintenance. I also suggested to prepare to replace the furnace
I completed diagnostics and found the system completely empty on 410A. I explained to the customer their options of replace / repair. I also explained refill/easy seal with no warranty. I located leak and fixed it. The client doesn’t wanna move forward with anything at this time.
I completed the diagnostic checklist and found everything within manufactures specifications. No issues found. The system is operational upon departure.
I completed the diagnostics and found that the outdoor unit isn't making a noise at this time. The compressor sounds like it has a hard time on start up and the fan motor bearings are going out. I explained the options of replace / repair. the client isn't ready to move forward with options at this time.
I completed warranty repair; I replaced the OEM Compressor and the Dual Capacitor. The system is operational upon departure.
I performed diagnostics and found a blown outdoor capacitor and replaced I replaced the capacitor to further diagnose system. Only found a faulty cap. System currently cooling.
I replaced the pan and ordered an evaporator coil. The system is operational upon departure.
I completed diagnostics and found the compressor was failing. I replaced the compressor under warranty. The system was operational upon departure.
I completed the AC Spring Check-Up and Safety Check. I performed the Job Spec Checklist and found everything within manufactures standards; The system was operational upon departure.
I completed AC Spring Tune-Up and Safety Check on 2011 York. We need to perform leak search to determine location of leak and if it is repairable or not.
I completed SMA AC Spring Tune-Up and Safety Check 2020 Carrier AC Unit. I performed the Job Spec Checklist and found everything is in order. System operational upon departure.
I completed SMA AC Tune-Up and Safety Check on 2018 Carrier. I checked the Job Spec checklist and everything is clear. System is operational upon departure.
I completed diagnostic on 2009 Carrier AC unit. Upon inspection I determined the the system has a leak either in the outdoor unit or the evaporation coil. I explained the situation to the husband on wife and they decided to only fill the system and not repair anything. The client declined the repair.
I completed the spring tune up on an air conditioner. I visually inspected the furnace. Checked voltage and amps. I inspected the evaporator coil. I checked the temperature difference across the coil. Checked refrigerant charge, voltages and amps. I rinsed the condenser coils with water. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time.
