Residential service $69 special. Indoor blower capacitor is that a tolerance and the motor cannot achieve full speed. I am unable to accurately check refrigerant pressures today because of this and this part needs to be replaced in order to accurately adjust refrigerant charge. I do suspect refrigerant leak due to history and low temperature split today, and recommend replacement of the system. 2002
