Performed a maintenance inspection on 2 Goodman split gas systems located in the attic and on the ground. Checked thermostat operation, the air filters, and rinsed the condenser coils. Checked motors, amp draws, run caps, electrical connections, coils, condensate drains, refrigerant pressures, and temp splits. The systems are operating properly at this time, however I do recommend replacing them soon due to age, inefficiency, and they use the old #r22 refrigerant which will be phased out by Jan 1st 2020.
