Perform scheduled commercial maintenance service on equipment in heating mode. Changed out filters with pleated tape. Inspected refrigerant pressures and amp draw capacitors controls temperature split belts motors bearings coils reversing valves and disconnects. Cleaned out control compartments. Tightened contactor connections. Noted that building C condenser is not operating in heating mode due to a restricted expansion valve. This unit is a 2002 model and utilizes phased out refrigerant.
