Justin, service tech, was very friendly and courteous. Arrived at the appointed time range. Entered our home wearing shoe covers without being asked which my wife appreciated. Performed the maintenance service professionally! All around great service, which by the way, is pretty consistent ever since I started the maintenance plan service with them.
