Met with Greg for diag no heat. Customer reports he turned equipment off at the breaker due to hearing a hum noise and equipment would not come on or operate. On inspection At roof found indoor blower motor is seized up and needs to be replaced, recommended oem rheem indoor blower motor. Indoor coil is OK. Can Not test refrigerant pressures or other components until repairs made. Equipment is 13 years old, from 2005 and does have phased out R 22 refrigerant. I would not recommend to
