Plugged drain. Price was more than we expected but service was professional and pleasant. On time, explained what he had done, cleanup very good and most important appears to have done a good job. Ours is an old house and this is the 4th time we have had the drain unplugged. (We are very careful but still have problems) We have used discount drain services and regretted it.
