Service Exceeded Expectations! From time of arrival to my house (on time) to performing the heater pre-season inspection to providing the inspection report, service tech Amer K. was courteous and friendly. Furthermore, he kept me aware of his heater inspection plan before actually doing the inspection work, ie, will be warm in house due to turning on heater for furnace service -- this exceeded expectations! Also, he put on shoe covers before entering house to protect my house floor from dirt/debris from his shoes. The little things are noticed and appreciated! Good job, Amer K.!
