In Scottsdale Arizona performing a $69 HVAC inspection on a Bryant split heat pump in cooling today. I inspected thermostat function, temperatures across the coil, amp draw of indoor motors. Inspected indoor coil, drain pan and drain line. Checked refrigerant pressures, outdoor motor amp draws, and tested capacitors l, found the dual run capacitor at the condenser weakened far outside of manufacture specs, with approval a TURBO200x 70/5mfd was purchased and installed today.
