Binh did a great job. He has been to my house to service the unit several times. In fact, I usually just ask for him. He represents Hobaica in a very positive way. He also looks out to grow your business. While he was at the house for regular service, I just happened to have a plumber out as well. Binh was polite and pointed out that Hobaica also does plumbing work. I am happy with Hobaica. Binh is a big part of that. Always smiling, wearing the shoe booties. Thanks
